WHAT IS CREATIVE GRIEF COACHING?

The primary approach I use in grief coaching is my training in art therapy.
You don't need to be an artist to participate in art therapy.
- Art therapy gives your emotions a voice when words are missing.
- We use art-making tools like paint, markers, coloured pencils and crayons to reflect on your loved one's life and release painful emotions instead of keeping them inside.

- What matters is how you feel when you do so.
- The process of creation and reflection will help you to understand your feelings.
